Due to expensive and limited access to adequate healthcare facilities, many impoverished Bangladeshi citizens do not live healthy lives and pass away due to minor easily preventable medical issues. Many individuals cannot count on a healthy future as they cannot afford medical care.
Bangladesh is a country where the wealth and living disparities are very extreme and therefore arduous. Millions there are living far below poverty lines, they struggle to earn a living, have food to consume everyday, have a place to sleep, and have the bare minimum for healthy chances at survival for them and their families; they are in exceedingly inhumane conditions due to the lives they’ve been born into. As of 2019, over 60% of the countries total population of 166.59 million do not have easy access to healthcare; many won’t be even be seen in regular hospitals either as they are below poverty lines.
This is why CHP took an initiative to establish a donation based out-patient healthcare clinic. Here we have been providing medical support for almost free to poor and low-income individuals starting at the beginning of 2020. We have been charging 25 taka ($0.29 USD) for in person visits, which is not nearly enough to run GDBS. This will allow thousands to receive minor medical treatment, medication, and medical advice—as that is what can be accommodated at this first and current stage of service.

Our mission for GDBS Clinic is to provide minor healthcare services to those in need and living in poverty in Bangladesh, from Khilkhet, Dhaka. Our objective is to further extend this initiative and slowly establish a permanent state of the art, multi-story healthcare facility to provide advanced medical care in the future as expenses permit.
Our only mission is to provide healthcare services to poor and low income groups in Bangladesh at their most feasible cost. Our objective is to further extend this initiative and establish a state of the art healthcare facility to provide advanced medical care to the poor and distressed people of the country in our near future.
80% of the job has been completed and we are waiting for cosmetic work and the plan for daily operational criteria's. We have spent around $175,000.00 thus far—this includes the land, the small building we’ve constructed, the medical instruments we’ve been able to obtain to provide the minor services we can for now.
In the future, we plan to evolve this building into a multi story hospital with state of art facilities where we can treat all medical issues for the impoverished population.
Future Plans and what we’ve accomplished thus far
Future plan is to build this clinic into a full fledged hospital where poor cause treated for all type of health problem at minimal cost and in some cases for free.From this center point send the satellite version of the clinic in remote villages to treat the poor people.In this clinic when it gets bigger goal is to involve local people to work in the hospital and build an organization among them and they go out and alert people about health consciousnessInvite foreign physicians to help in the hospital in the futureWork towards with a business plan 10 years from now this hospital will not depend on donation base

Finish constructing proper windows on the building
A proper security guard is still required
Obtain approval for laboratory patient analysis then,
Pair with a local hospital’s medical laboratory so we are able to perform on clinical patient specimen
Recruit more volunteer doctors
Offer more than five hours per two days a week of in-patient care
Continue to obtain necessary medical equipment to increase minor medical services from what we are able to provide at this time
Continue expanding the building so we have the space to see more patients and have offer more to our patients
